This Code of Practice outlines the standards and guidelines set by PAGCOR for promoting Responsible Gaming. It is intended to protect individuals, families, and communities from the potential risks associated with excessive or harmful gaming behavior.
All PAGCOR-licensed and authorized establishments—including KingPH—are expected to adopt and implement these guidelines as part of daily operations.

Gaming, commonly referred to as gambling, involves activities based on wagering, probability, and potential prizes. While it can be a form of entertainment for many, excessive or uncontrolled gaming may lead to adverse consequences—not only for the individual player, but also for their family and surrounding community.
KingPH acknowledges the social responsibility tied to operating within the gaming industry. We are committed to ensuring that all gaming activity on our platform is carried out with awareness, accountability, and care.

Responsible Gaming is a shared commitment between operators, players, and regulators. It involves:
- Maintaining self-control and informed decision-making
- Preventing gambling-related harm, such as financial distress or emotional strain
- Strictly prohibiting underage access to gaming platforms.
- Encouraging voluntary exclusion programs and offering help when needed

Here are some important terms to understand in the context of responsible gaming:
- Gaming: Participating in games of chance in casinos or licensed online platforms.
- Licensee: An entity granted permission by PAGCOR to operate gaming services.
- Gaming Employment License (GEL): Certification issued to individuals authorized to work in the gaming sector.
- Financier/Loan Shark: Unlicensed individuals or groups who lend money with excessively high interest—often illegally.
- National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP): A secure list maintained by PAGCOR containing names of individuals who are prohibited from entering or participating in gaming activities within authorized establishments.
- Problem Gambling: A condition in which a person experiences difficulty controlling the urge to gamble, resulting in negative impacts on various areas of life, including personal, financial, and social well-being.
- Player Exclusion: A voluntary program allowing individuals—or their family members—to request to be barred from gaming facilities or online platforms to prevent further harm.
🚫 Limited Access and Restrictions
To ensure the integrity of the gaming industry and to reduce the risk of gambling-related harm, certain groups are strictly prohibited from entering, staying, or participating in any form of gaming at KingPH or other PAGCOR-authorized establishments:
- Government officials and employees directly involved in the operations of any government agency.
- Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, including the Army, Navy, Air Force, or the Philippine National Police.
- Persons under 21 years of age, or any student currently enrolled in a Philippine school, college, or university.
- Individuals listed in the NDRP (National Database of Restricted Persons).
- Holders of Gaming Employment Licenses (GEL)—as a precautionary measure to prevent workplace conflict, gambling-related debt, or collusion.
Additionally, gaming in public or open areas is strictly not allowed.

KingPH offers a Player Exclusion Program to protect individuals who recognize potential or existing issues with their gaming behavior.
This service is available to:
